Q) Why ABF Wines. What makes us different?
A) We have close partnerships with many of the major growers directly. Through our corporate associations, we get access to “quality wines” at the right price. We sell wine in Australia are seen by our supplier partners as a great retail channel for their “select” products that they would normally sell direct. We also have access to exclusive product only retailed through our site. There are so many labels out there to choose from! We are hoping to take the guesswork out of choosing a quality wine and trust you find our plain English commentary refreshing.
Q) Are my credit cards details safe.
A) Yes all your information is safe and held in confidence. Your credit card information is directly transmitted to our gateway provider "eway". eway is widely known by the major banks as an approved conduit and has all the requisite certifications as an approved gateway. It uses 128-bit SSL encryption.
Q) Has the wine I’m buying been stored correctly?
A) This is very important! ABF Wines is a “drop ship” model. That is, whilst we buy the product, it is shipped directly from the grower/supplier to your door. That has two benefits to you as the customer:
Q) Do you offer refunds?
A) Yes, we take an industry standard approach to refunds e.g.: If the product is impaired, or by shipping error, is not the product you ordered etc., we will arrange for either a refund or replacement product. We will arrange the collection of the refund product with you. However, we will not refund because you have simply changed your mind. You should take care in choosing your product purchase. You should also keep your receipt as proof of purchase and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries.
Q) Can I buy a single bottle only?
A) Our main offer to you will be by the case. Some cases will have 6 bottles, some 12. The quantity of bottles per case will be shown in the wine description and on the shopping cart. For your help, we show a bottle price for comparison purposes only. We will from time to time have great offers on higher end wines. Where the value is significant, we may choose to offer these as single bottle offers.
Q) When will I receive my wine?
A) We want this to be a great experience for you and we want you to come back. As mentioned above, we rely on the winery to ship the product direct to the customer address we have provided them. Whilst we expect the delivery times to be better, during busy periods it may take up to 7 days to receive your order.
Q) I have a large order to my corporate premises. What about special arrangements for delivery?
A) Of course. In certain circumstances, we are happy to put in place special arrangements for our larger ongoing customer orders. All you have to do is email us and we will call you to discuss in detail.
