The grapes for this wine were hand picked and gently pressed to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and achieve elegance on the palate. Lifted tropical and melon fruit aromas compliment a fresh and fruit driven style which is rich and flavoursome on the palate. The wine displays subtle French oak characters adding complexity and length to the finish. Cellaring: 2 - 4 years.
