The Varietal Collection is a range of single-varietal, single-vineyard estate wines produced from parcels planted to varieties specifically suited to each soil profile, bottled under a varietal designation. The Prestige Collection is a range of single-varietal and blended wines sourced from select estate terroirs which yield fruit of exceptional ripeness, expression and complexity. Produced on a small scale, they bear proprietary rather than varietal names. Whereas both the Gimblett Gravels and Te Muna Road vineyards contribute to the Varietal Collection wines, releases of the Prestige Collection wines are produced primarily from Gimblett Gravels. |

Teusner Wines philosophy is to produce distinctive and sought after Barrossa fine wines by being very selective about the fruit that we source from old, well maintained vineyards. These vineyards reliably produce balanced, complex fruit which we guide, with minimal inputs, into wine. Our fruit sources are predominantly family and close friends, which allows us this selectivity in which fruit we vinify. |

Kumeu River Wines (NZ). From the vines to the wineglass, every drop of Kumeu River wine is a blend of tradition, innovation, and dedication to both the science and the art and of winemaking. The Chardonnays are our most recognised wine and have received international accolades and awards. An important part of the winemaking process of our best Chardonnays is barrel fermentation in a blend of new and old French oak barrels. This process draws out the flavour nuances that are so crucial to these fine wine styles. Only indigenous wild yeasts are used to further enhance the texture and complexity and this is also the case with our tank fermented Chardonnays and Pinot Gris. |

| Dom Pérignon When Father Pierre Pérignon took over as cellar master at the Benedictine Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668, his avowed goal was "to make the best wine in the world". More than three centuries later, the House of Dom Pérignon perpetuates the visionary approach of its founder, widely considered the spiritual father of Champagne. "The grapes are never the same from one year to the next. If a harvest does not meet Dom Pérignon's unyielding standards, there will be no vintage champagne that year. This isn't a value judgment - it's an aesthetic vision," says Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy.
The unique personality of Dom Pérignon is born of this creative commitment. It is this tension between the distinctive qualities of a year and the timeless spirit that defines Dom Pérignon, an unparalleled sensation that imparts weightlessness, airy richness and suppleness from first impression to the long-lasting finish. |

Krug When Johann-Joseph Krug founded the Krug champagne house in 1843, his dream was to give his name to nothing less than an exceptional champagne. The wines are made from carefully selected chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier grapes. Krug is a guardian of Champagne tradition in still fermenting its wines in small oak barrels, which gives them an exceptional finesse. Another signature of the Krug style, they are made to mature for at least 6 to 8 years, the reward of which is a distinctive complexity and the ability to age gracefully. |

In 1743, one of the descendants of the Moët brothers, Claude Moët, who had been a wine trader in Epernay since the early 18th century, founded the Maison Moët.
